Floating Floor Type Floor Anchor

This is a two part anchor system allowing movement or expansion of wood flooring while the anchor assembly remains stationary in concrete. Anchor assembly is similar to our No. 00247-100 Expansion Type Anchor. The 5” plated cover plate assembly consists of a molded mounting flange, cork gasket and a swivel type retainer pin to prevent theft. Specify extended shaft handwheel with this anchor system for use on floor-mounted equipment.
